Full Send | Wk 2: Choose Action
What would happen if we went all-in on our God-given purpose? Full Send invites students to fight apathy, commit to discipline, build resilience, and stay connected to God, the True Source, as they whole-heartedly pursue their God-given purpose. The teenage years are a unique period of time. Teens are discovering new levels of independence, forming their identities, navigating friendships, and considering what to do with their interests and passions. What a gift from God! Teenage brains are literally wired in a way they will never be wired again—wired for play, possibility, and pursuit. These are prime years for getting a headstart on changing the world and forming a Jesus-worldview.
This series challenges students to call to life any parts of their purpose they've muted or ignored—whether for fear of being seen trying, lack of self-discipline, being derailed by painful setbacks, or finding themselves addicted to the inescapable cheap dopamine that seems to be everywhere these days.

TAKE ATTENDANCE & INTRODUCE YOURSELF (If anyone is new)
FOR FUN: Take some time to catch up. Ask your students – What is your most dramatic or embarrassing public wipeout—tripping on stairs, walking into a clear glass door, or falling in front of the entire cafeteria?
DISCUSS THIS:
1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how much does the fear of being labeled "cringe" or "trying too hard" actually affect what people do (or don't do) at your school?2. The message defined apathy as "putting up a wall and acting like you don't care because caring is risky." Where do you see apathy show up the most in your life or squad right now?
3. Read John 10:10. Jesus says the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus offers life to the full. How does playing it safe or hiding your true self steal the "full life" Jesus wants for you?
4. Looking at the story of the woman in Mark 5:24–34, she risked public embarrassment to reach Jesus. What is one area of your life where you've been hiding instead of stepping out in faith?
5. Read Proverbs 14:23. Why do you think it’s so much easier to talk about our goals, faith, or dreams than to actually take action on them?
6. In the story of the talents (Matthew 25), the servant buried his money because he was afraid. What gift, passion, or opportunity has God given you that you’ve been burying out of fear of what others think?
7. The message closed with the image of a tree taking years to grow deep roots. What is one practical, daily habit (reading Scripture, prayer, serving) you can start this week to deepen your spiritual roots?
***Take a moment to read through the written "Full Send" action steps together. Talk about the real challenges of actually following through on them, and take a few minutes to pray for everyone to have the courage to take their step this week. Be sure to collect them and place in the ziploc baggie.
