Thanksgiving - X

Tonight is a little different :)

• We will start our night in Life Groups. You as leaders will set the tone for the night with your students and spend some time praying individually and then as a group over the night.

• You will need to be in the main space at 7:15.

• We will have singing worship and prayer occurring all through the evening so you will want to spend that time beforehand really clearing the day away and focusing our attention on God.

• You will also have two cards in envelopes and you will be directed from the stage when to open those envelopes so just keep them with you throughout the night.

• We will also do the table tonight (communion). You will take communion as life groups and spend some time praying thanksgiving for what Jesus has done for us, Praying specifically about the cross, but also if there are any specific praises of Jesus interceding in the lives of your leaders or the students in your group.

It should be a pretty cool night. Remember the students look to us to lead them in how they should go so let’s be active and present in the times of prayer and worship tonight,

We will know we have hit our target if:

-Students and leaders leave with a mindset of thankfulness.

-Students are aware of the LG Dinner out the 4th of Dec. The week after Thanksgiving.

-They have been reminded about Moxie Hats.

-As a family we have spent time together singing songs to our God, learning from his scripture, and praising his son Jesus.
